Right of Withdrawal
Last updated: 2026-07-03 · version 1.0
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without having to give any reason, pursuant to artt. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
1. Term
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the term runs from the delivery of the last item.
2. How to exercise withdrawal
To exercise withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement (for example a letter sent by post, email or certified email (PEC) to the Seller’s contact details indicated in the Legal Notice). You may use the model form provided at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
3. Return of the goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller. The goods must be returned intact, unused and in the condition in which you received them.
4. Refund
We will proceed with the refund of all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used, unless otherwise agreed; you will not be charged any costs for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Exclusions
As this is a food products shop, pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable products);
- sealed goods which, once opened after delivery, are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- goods made to measure or personalised.
