We ship your orders via BRT courier with tracking.

The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and the destination. Perishable products are shipped using methods suitable for preserving them.
Returns and withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days: the methods, terms and exclusions for food products (perishable goods or goods sealed for reasons of hygiene) are described on the Right of Withdrawal page.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, contact customer support at the details indicated in the Legal Notice within 14 days of delivery, attaching a photo if possible. Within the limits of the legal guarantee of conformity (24 months) we will arrange for replacement or refund. For perishable foods, we invite you to report any problems promptly upon receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice or of the agreement on replacement/refund, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
